Watched the saddest movie tonight,
Everybody's Fine. It was good, but a little too sad for me (maybe it just hit some sore spots), and definitely on the slow side. My mom and I joked that maybe it should have just been a Hallmark movie. I love Robert DeNiro, though, and thought he did a great job, as always.
Anyways, just going to add some photos from today. It was still overcast, as a big storm was incoming (and is now here). We've seen so many orchards that have been destroyed this year. I don't know if it's because of the drought, or because the older trees don't produce as much, but it's a sad sight to see full grown orchards bulldozed over. One of my favorite orchards from last year has been left to die out, which isn't much better than the bulldozing. However, another favorite is just getting started, so I hope these photos will brighten my so far rather depressing post!
